Single Zone, 1626D 24v, 12A
Unit will not come on: Is unit plugged in?
– (with 24v transformer unplugged) check power cord for cuts, frays, etc.
– Check power cord does not pull out from connector

Unit will not clock/zones' LEDs flash:
– Possible bad solenoid (swap with a solenoid that is known to be good)
– Load too high for controller

Individule zone no mist:
– Possible bad solenoid (swap with a solenoid that is known to be good)
– (with power off) check for breaks in wiring, ie. loose/frayed wires, wires pulled out of terminal block.

Gemini 6A w/LCD
Unit will not come on: Is unit plugged in?
– (with 24v XMFR unplugged) check power cord for breaks, cuts, frays etc.
– Check for good connection at controller

Zone LEDs flash: refer to page 14 of operater's manual, or:
– Bad solenoid
–Break in solenoid wiring
– Solenoid wiring is shorted

LCD crazy figures/cannot control controllers:
– Bad overlay; call Phytotronics for pricing
